Chapter 113: Surah Al-Falaq (The Dawn)
113:1

قُلْ اَعُوْذُ Say: I seek refuge
بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ in the Lord of the dawn,

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,
113:2
Play Verse
مِنْ شَرِّ مَا From the evil of that which
خَلَقَ He has created,

From the evil of that which He has created,
113:3
Play Verse
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ And from the evil of
غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ intense darkness, when it comes,

And from the evil of intense darkness, when it comes,
113:4

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ And from the evil of
النَّفّٰثٰتِ those who cast (evil suggestions)
فِي الْعُقَدِ in firm resolutions,

And from the evil of those who cast (evil suggestions) in firm resolutions,
113:5
Play Verse
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ And from the evil of
حَاسِدٍ the envier
اِذَا حَسَدَ when he envies

And from the evil of the envier when he envies.
