Chapter 105: Surah Al-Fil (The Elephant)
105:1

اَلَمْ تَرَ Hast thou not seen
كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ how thy Lord dealt with
بِاَصْحٰبِ الْفِيْلِؕ the possessors of the elephant?

Hast thou not seen how thy Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant?
105:2

اَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ Did He not cause
كَيْدَهُمْ فِيْ تَضْلِيْلٍۙ their war to end in confusion?

وَّ اَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ And send against them
طَيْرًا اَبَابِيْلَۙ birds in flocks?

تَرْمِيْهِمْ Casting at them
بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّيْلٍ۪ decreed stones —

فَجَعَلَهُمْ So He rendered them
كَعَصْفٍ مَّاْكُوْلٍ like straw eaten up?
